IPTV Installation Guide
Set up your Smart TV, Android TV or Amazon Fire TV in a few clear, device-specific steps.
Samsung Smart TV
Install a compatible IPTV player app on your Samsung Smart TV, then send the details it shows to our support team. Availability depends on your model, Tizen version and region.
Open the Samsung App Store
From your TV home screen, open Apps and search for a compatible IPTV player.
Install the player
Install the app available in the store, then open it once installed.
Note the Device ID and Device Key
Open the activation screen and note the identifiers shown.
Send the details to support
Send these details privately over WhatsApp. Never share configuration details publicly.
Reload your channels
After confirmation from support, restart the app or reload the playlist.
LG Smart TV
Use the LG Content Store to find a compatible player app. Availability can vary by LG model, webOS version and region.
Open the LG Content Store
Press Home and open the LG Content Store on your TV.
Install an available app
Install the compatible app offered in your LG store and open it.
Find the requested identifiers
Note the identifiers the player shows on its activation screen.
Send the data to support
Send the necessary identifiers to our team over WhatsApp in a private message.
Restart after activation
Once configuration is confirmed, restart the app or reload the playlist.
Android TV / Google TV
Start with Google Play Store. Only use an official APK if a player is not available on your device.
Open Google Play Store
Open Google Play Store on your Android TV or Google TV.
Search for the apps
Search for IBO Player, IBO Player Pro or HotPlayer.
Check the name and developer
Before installing, carefully check the app name and its developer.
Install and open
Install the app available in the official store, then open it.
Choose the right connection method
Note the identifiers shown, or choose the connection method supported by the player, such as Xtream Codes.
Send the information to support
Send the necessary information to our team over WhatsApp to finish setup.
Amazon Fire TV
This guide covers IPTV Smarters Pro on Amazon Fire TV using Downloader. Only use official app-store or developer sources.
Install Downloader
Install “Downloader by AFTVnews” from the Amazon Appstore.
Open Fire TV settings
Open Fire TV settings and allow apps installed via Downloader.
Allow Downloader only
Grant permission for Downloader only when Fire TV asks. Do not disable general device security.
Enter the official source
Open Downloader and enter the official developer code or URL for IPTV Smarters Pro.
Install then delete the APK
Download and install the app, then delete the downloaded APK file to save space.
Note the player details
Open the player and note the identifiers or login details it shows.

Apple TV
This guide covers Smarters Player Lite for Apple TV. Verify the developer before downloading.
Open the App Store
Open the App Store from your Apple TV.
Search for Smarters Player Lite
Search for exactly “Smarters Player Lite” and open the official listing.
Check the developer
Confirm the developer listed is “WHMCS SMARTERS”.
Download and open
Download the app from the App Store, then open it.
Enter the details you receive
Enter the playlist name, username, password and server URL sent by support.
These media player apps are independent third-party products. Availability may vary and any separate developer licence is not included in an IPTV Canada HQ plan.
